Advanta Tools respect your privacy. All of your Personal Information and Credit Card Information are kept strictly Confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped F.O.B. Diamond Bar, California within 48 hours after receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Most orders will ship by the next business day. We ship all orders via UPS ground or US Post Office First Class / Priority Mail. A tracking number will be email to you after we shipped out your order. If you have a preference or require Special Shipping Instructions e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day, please contact us by phone or email.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Advanta Tools online store will only process orders to locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii.

International Customer

For international customer, please send us an email advantatools1@gmail.com with your contact information and shipping address, so that we can give you a shipping fee quotation and send you a Paypal invoice when you are ready to place the order. We do not offer return / refund for international orders. A 20% of service fee will be charged if you cancel the order. Therefore, please make sure you email us to confirm the shipping fee before you place the order from our website.

Return Policy (only apply to U.S.A. customers)

We will accept return in 30 days only if the item is defected, unused or due to our error.

You must contact us by phone (1-888-638-6188) for the RMA number prior to any return. Please have the invoice with you when you call us. When you ship back the product to us, please write the RMA number and the reason for returning the product on your packing slip / invoice. We will not accept returns without RMA number. All RMA number is valid for 10 business days. If we don’t receive your return item within business after we provide you the RMA number, then we will not accept your return.

For item that is defected, you must provide us photos of the item first and return the item to us for replacement or refund.

For item that is returned as "NEW / UNUSED", we will charge 20% of re-stocking fee plus shipping and handling costs. (If the items are free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost from the original selling price when we process refund to you.) When you return the item to us for refund, the item must be in the original package in a “brand new” condition. We have right to refuse your return if you ship back the product to us without proper packing to protect the product during transit. You must provide us a tracking number for your return shipment.

We do not offer return nor refund for international customers.

Warranty

Advanta Tools warrants all of its diamond tools against possible defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover negligent abuse, improperly mounted, altered, involved in a non-application accident or miscellaneously damaged. Any tools covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at Advanta Tool's option.

Sales Tax

We will charge you sales tax if your shipping address is in California.

Limitation of Liability
Advanta Tools shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Advanta has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
